Discover the Delights of the Mornington Peninsula With Our Tours

Located just a little over an hour to the south east of Melbourne, the Mornington Peninsula is a unique region that combines the rich culture of the European countryside, with all the raw beauty of the Australian coastline. Characterised by panoramic sea views, unique wildlife, delectable farm produce and rollling vineyards, as well as a fascinating Indigenous and colonial history, the Mornington Peninsula has long been a popular holiday destination and tourist attraction. Melbourne on the Move offers a number of Mornington Peninsula tours and shuttle services designed to help you get the most out of this beguiling region.

Unwind in style at the Peninsula Hot Springs

The Mornington Peninsula is home to Victoria's first dedicated natural hot springs and day spa centre, Peninsula Hot Springs. Hot geothermal water which naturally occurs in the area has been harnessed to create a series of more than 25 pools which are complimented by saunas, and spa facilities. Here visitors can take part in the time honoured tradition of hot spring bathing.

Melbourne on the Move offers three different tour options which include a visit to the Peninsula Hot Springs. For those who simply want to spend some quality time at the spa without having to worry about transport, we run a morning and afternoon shuttle service to the springs on Tuesdays and Saturdays. We also offer a Friday shuttle with a pickup time of 10 am, which gives you three hours at the springs. On the other hand, if you are celebrating a special occasion and want to treat yourself, your friends, or your loved ones to a truly luxurious and unforgettable experience, then our balloon flight and hot springs experience (run on Fridays) is the way to go. This deluxe package includes a breathtaking sunrise balloon flight over the city of Melbourne, a delectable champagne breakfast at Hilton on the Park, a five star hotel, and a shuttle service to the Peninsula Hot Springs for three hours.

Connect with your inner connisseur on our food and wine tour

To celebrate the fine wine and produce of the Mornington Peninsula, Melbourne on the Move have designed a culinary day tour that is nothing short of a gastronomic delight. Travelling aboard our custom cafe bus, with comfortable seating booths and an espresso machine that runs all day long, our friendly drivers will take you to some of the Peninsula's foremost vineyards and farm gates. During the tour, you'll have the chance to sample quality cool climate wines (including the Peninsula's famous pinot noir) at three different wineries, as well as see goats cheese being made, meet the goats, and taste the final product at Main Ridge Dairy, and also visit a strawberry farm that has been run by the same family for generations. A lush gourmet lunch is included in the tour, and whilst onboard the bus, you're free to drink as many cappuccinos as you can handle.
