Return bus transfers to Warrnambool Racecourse are available from the following locations:

Cobden, Terang, Panmure, Allansford, Timboon, Mortlake, Purnim, Bushfield, Woolsthorpe, Winslow, Mailors Flat, Port Fairy, Kirkstall, Koroit

🚫 Note: All bus transfers must be pre-booked. No walk-ups will be accepted.

Bus transport within Warrnambool to Red Hot Summer Tour 2026

A regular local shuttle service will operate from pickup points within Warrnambool to the Racecourse.

Pickup points from Surfside Holiday Park, 120 Pertobe Rd & Shipwreck Bay Holiday Park, 42 Pertobe Rd & Lighthouse Theatre, 185 Timor St & Lava Street Bus Interchange going to Warrnambool Racecourse.

Morning shuttle from 11.30am to 2.30pm
Evening shuttle from 8.30pm to 11pm.

Passengers can hop on at any of the four pickup points and tap to pay $5 for shuttle service.

Ensure your mobile number and email address are accurate when booking so we can contact you with any updates or important information.
One-way trips are available, but must be charged at the full return fare.
Download or print your booking confirmation with QR code to present when boarding.
Confirm your departure time and location. Your booking confirmation lists the departure time and pick-up location, along with a Google Map pin.

📅 On the Day

Bring your booking confirmation (with QR code) and stay together as a group.
You'll receive a wristband when you board, which states your bus number and serves as your return ticket.
Arrive on time - buses depart strictly on schedule.
Post-event departures leave 30 minutes after the festival ends, from your original drop-off point. If we cannot locate you, we reserve the right to depart on schedule.

🍻 No alcohol allowed or consumed on the bus.
🚫 Intoxicated patrons may be refused boarding.
🙌 Please be respectful to drivers and fellow passengers.
